Roni Deutch, the firm’s owner and leader, offered her congratulations to the companies that won SWEL awards. She further acknowledged that her firm’s nomination was an honor, especially since the votes came from the company’s own employees. Deutch also said that being recognized as a finalist along with other brilliant workers was a remarkable feat.
